To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused or slightly used and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Incorrect Item: If you receive an incorrect item that does not match your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Return Process

    to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to return the item.
  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect, error, or damaged item. Please use a trackable shipping method and retain proof of postage.
  • Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to verify its condition. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange within 3 business days.

Non-returnable items:

  • Used outboard motors cannot be returned.
  • Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Refunds

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Refund Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
